I had a bet with my brothers...we are all to let our hair/beard grow for 4 months (just completed the first month) and anyone who breaks the deal has to pay €100 to each brother (i've got two). This suck bigtime..it itches!!!
None of us are used to having beard or hair longer than 1-2mm. Infact, last time I had longer hair than 5mm on the sides of my skull was back in the 80's. Just before I shaved my mohawk which I keept for 20 years or so before starting to shave my head every week.
I so wish I could afford to lose this bet right now! CURSE YOU FACIAL HAIR!
shitloads of new stuff in my pc. Cant keep track of it all.

Ok, here's the plan.
This has to be executed to the letter or else it will fail.
First, get a pair of cordless trimmers that make as little noise as possible.
Second, get some sleeping gas and a gas-mask on the black-market (this can be tricky but just go to your local dealer and they'll set you up).
You wait until nightfall, around 01:00-02:00, and then you break into their homes.
Now that you're inside you release the gas and wait a few minutes.
Finally when they're knocked out you can go to work, shave off their beards and leave without a trace, just like agent 47.
Congratulations! You have no won the bet.

The itching is just a hump you have to push through, once it gets long enough it should go away. As stupid as it sounds, try looking for facial hair products to make it less itchy? Condition that son of a bitch!

Just wash it with shampoo, a beard and the skin under it need proper care. Washing your face with soap will not work, remember that you have a face full of hair.

+1 for the shampoo and/or facial hair products, they really do help with the itching, although after the two months mark the beard will be a natural epic part of your body and you won't feel that annoyance anymore.
4 weeks already for me, breaking last year's record of six months without touching the hairy face (not even minor trimming) won't be easy. Good luck hobo-in-progress Ankh!!
