I just walked into my local video rental store in town and picked one up yesterday, flashed it to firmware 2 then promptly downlraded to 1.5 and no playing all them lovely games.

I've tryed locally , all say the same thing 'Sold out' Aragh  But i've seen this site

Im not sure , about that direct payment thing (don't do paypal , not that i mind because i dont have an account for paypal  ) thats all i've found so far what do you think?
Edit : Steveo, The Currys site had that pack you were talking about but when i phoned to order they had none

you'll have no probs with that site www.ceramicPSP.com
on another forum i know alot of people have used them with no troubles, and even better they flash it for you so you got no worries about messing it up yourself, just remember to get a 1 gig mem card also!
But also remember that now sony know about the exploit and are releasing firmware 2.01 or something then newer brought games WILL NOT WORK at present if they have this update UNTIL the people who made the UMD Emulator v0.8 Fastloader update it (if they can) or the WabVersionChanger to include these new update, because at present this two apps will allow you to play any orginal game upto V2.0 firmware only.

same, as like I thought up before and posted in another thread, They will probably have started pressing the game onto UMD now (Or will be soon) as the release date is comming up and that new Firmware isnt even out yet.

i d say 0 chances, there are hunderds of thousands of ceramic psp in asia, all of them are 2.0, there are also millions of black psp in european stores that has 1.52, we wont miss those before a long time, i think it ll take a lot longer than 1.5
Im not fluent in english, sorry..
