I always shook my head at people who said "damn this game has such nice graphics I thought it was a picture" because you must be a retard to confuse a game screenshot with a real picture. But looking at some community screenshots I really can't tell the difference
Must be some monster rigs with 256x antialiasing when even the tiny radiator grill cells look perfect with no edges. Crazy.
It's not only the antialiasing (they just render at 2560 and divide by 2 for crisp results), the lighting and materials/shaders are just really well done.

And you don't actually that much of a monster rig for that either.

At least you will benefit of a fresh brand new game at launch, whereas we will all already get bored with it and be waiting for Project CARS 2.

Yeh.. it sucks. The other mclaren though... that one is really fun. I was doing two online races yesterday .. about 15 players each and it was a blast!
