Depends on the person playing it, there is obvious changes.
-easier distance goals
-easier headers
-better AI on all difficulties
-different control feeling (slower (slightly))
-better scout system (scouting network, searching multiple types of players with multiple scouts at once) more in depth overall
...
which i have been noticing playing it on the Xbox so far.

I agree with you Harry, there are definitely many "subtile" changes that especially hard core fifa 13 players will notice. But since i only have played the demo, did you also notice some differences between the demo and full version? Did they tweak a few things? (like distance shots, finesse shots etc?) or is it the same?

I haven't exactly seen much differences so far. It needs a roster update for sure, Bale, Ozil and so on haven't been transfered to their new teams.
Playing the PC demo and the full version on the console HDD is difficult to notice much difference. I guess current-gen and pc version are going to be roughly the same with respectives to the higher resolution and options on PC.
I played with a 3,5 star team in the career, to be exact like 3-4 matches, what I did notice was that the ball stopped falling onto the feet of the other team like in 13 (they always got the ball when it was randomly bouncing off somewhere). Ball also has MUCH more speed when shooting from the distance.
And the chances to score a goal from a rebound is also higher, 3 times in 3 matches. The 'fast' option of gameplay speed makes great for fast paced matches. So I guess it feels even less arcade now and is closing in to a level of PES' realism, but not TOO much.
Like I said, cannot really give proper in depth feedback as I noticed very little difference to the demo as well as the different platforms.

This is great, though it happened even in online games for me where it shouldn't be happening. Like my players not reacting to rebounds more often than my opponent's players.

The game feels completely different. I might not be obvious when you watch a gameplay vid or something like that but if you play yourself its very noticeable. Players feel a lot heavier, it definitely got a bit more realistic.
Where is dat PAL release :<

After playing PES 2014, trying to play this one is a nightmare for me. Even in slow speed is fast paced, players move like Looney Toones, animations seem awkward with fast turns and there is little momentum. PC demo was somewhat playable, now that I've tried the full game on PS3 I just can't believe it is so terrible. Even 1-star teams apply constant 3/4 pressure, there is no build-up at all by the cpu. At times cpu goes into the box and dribbles back and forth (!!) without shooting or passing. Teammates AI in defense is improved but they're still dumb meaning that you have to do all things by your own. You can still expoit the crosses - add to this one that EA made headers easier and I've already scored 5 headers in my first 3 games (World Class difficulty-manual controls). Alright, I guess it's back to PES which (with all its flaws) plays a better and more realistic game of football.
