NO way to get em off now... I tried drilling them and then using a torque screw wrench wachamacall it... nope... why the fuck would they make this stuff from such soft metals... it gets stripped SO easily. blame all of you for this

You use one of these.

they use a reverse thread that still drills into the screw the opposite direction so as it tightens into the screw, it tightens to the left, instead of the right. So it'll unscrew it.

Love dremels, well, small rotary tools, since dremel is one of the companies. Its so easy and fun Very Happy The easy part comes from them relying on Speed not Torque, so you dont need strength to use them, just care and pulse.

If only you had another gun, to shoot them off the first gun with Laughing

depending on how soft they are, the grabit thing might make it worse. Ive had various luck with them...but usually bad since its made to go in a drill, it just eats the hole bigger in soft metals since you cant 'feel' if its stripping or about to twist and break the bolt.
If its a really soft bolt, use an ez out. its made to bite into the bolt and be backed out with a wrench.

Just use a proper size screwdriver the next time and try to maintain a proper 90 degree angle; no way for anything to go haywire then.

screws and keys that come in a package are low grade bulk grade they get for pennies. When I get those in a package, I throw the tool in the garbage since it's not hardened steel, take the little screws/bolts to a hardware store and buy high grade stainless ones.
