In any case, it looks great on consoles, framerate could be smoother. It will be phenomenal on PC. Sure there are some blurry textures here an there, but if you search shit, shit will hit you in the face. Considering the scope of the game, its marvelous what they got out of this old ass tech.

And GTA5 is much much more (i mean really much more) than the graphics you see in these bllurry photos.

@Godmax thats no mode.

Yup, it's a doctored photo. Here's the real one;



The IQ is practically identical between the 360 and PS3, which is rather shocking by itself, the only differences are that the 360 has better framerate but more aliasing, and the PS3 has more AA but a jankier framerate. Even still, they both look awesome and while the performance could be better... it just means the PC version will look and play even more fantastic too.

I get that people are waiting for the superior version, I get it and I totally understand it, but the ones whining about "shit game on shitsoles" are really just rather stupid and are only spiting themselves Razz

It's just a minority on both sides and I think we are giving them way too much attention. Making it sound like in this thread everyone is acting high and mighty because they have the better hardware and the other thread acting high and mighty because they are all playing the game.

Expecting, not complaining, it IS Rockstar after all Very Happy *coughbullycoughgta4cough* Hell, even GTA3 was terrible at launch Laughing I WANT it to be awesome but yeah, I'm expecting it to be terrible. It would be freakin' awesome if it was better though and after playing several hours of the 20-25fps PS3 version? I think I'd be overjoyed with the PC's GTA4-esque 30-35, haha.

for me that nostalgia is with hexen, heretic, blood, sw, duke3d and all that kind of games.
