What that video doesn't show is how irresponsible that dog owner is, if you watch the full video
You seem him driving past an active stand-off between the cops and some criminal shacked up in a house.
He's blasting rap music from his car all the while, He then gets off off at the side of the street while still blasting music, whips out his phone and starts recording the tense situation while moving closer towards the crime scene.
When the cops ask him to stop he doesn't listen but continues, its only when they make a move towards him he starts running away, by then the cops come and cuff him and his dog in the backseat in the car starts barking, jumps out of the window and being a 150+ lb Rottweiler, it lunges at one of the cops only to get shot brutally.
I hate to see animal cruelty and police brutality but the owner was a fucking dickhead to get involved in that situation the first place. feel bad for his dog though.
