I watched a few of his videos, and yeah, he does seem to get games extremely early. His playthroughs are usually up the day the game comes out.

His 'playthroughs' for new games are developer gameplay demos of the games, not hard cutting that shit together.

Getting GTA V on the 16th is not early compared to small time shops giving it out on the 13th for example. No matter what R* says.
