Hello all, I'm looking for an application/device/almost anything that can provide the functionality of the following:

Display a schedule on a screen/TV that will enable multiple users to modify it from their own desks if possible.

Here's an example and a possible route we might use: Setup an Outlook/exchange group account and give permissions to the specific users to modify that schedule. A single PC would autologon to that group account and display the group Calendar accordingly.

While the above scenario would work, the goal is to try and cut out the reliance of an actual PC. Cost savings and all.

Any ideas/suggestions? Thanks!

Hmm, sounds good in concept and would probably work, but I think this would need to be on a more isolated network instance. Trello sounds like it uses the internet as it's "host" so to speak. Is that correct?

Google Calendar? It's actually fairly powerful, you can share it as a normal google doc, and you can even sync it with peoples individual calendars to see who is free and when.

Yeah, but he is searching for network based, but without internet access, software. That is a program for which you don't need internet, only internal network...

So did you find something? I really can't believe that there is something that you can use out of the box. I can only imagine that it is quite easy to create... tbh I always thought that google wave will be the future but somehow it died and apache wave seems to be... ehm... broken/unfinished :/
