2 of 3, actually I get an email confirming my order.
Pre order not appearing in battlelog is a common bug, a lot of people have problem with that.
A guy from EA desk help tell me that the game is going to be charged in my CC once the game come out.

I had this except I actually did get an email confirmation.
It's been like 3-4 days and I still have it in origin but not battlelog. |

I spoke to their CS, it's a bug, they are working on it.
This is also on Battelog

Idem.
Appears on Origin (I don't even know where it would appear on Battlelog). Marked as "Charged". Credit card hasn't been charged. I did get a confirmation e-mail.

Deluxe edition is not worth buying, IMO.

But how safe is to buy Premium through VPN ? I dont have anything very important on Origin (besides of BF3 premium) but still..

Very safe, I bought BF3 premium through India store when it was first announced and that was almost 1 ½ year ago. ^_^ |

Well... prove me wrong, to buy Premium I need to have BF4 right?
Currently in polish zloty it is 170 for game and 180 for premium, so 350 for full option...
50USD for mexican premium is 160PLN so it gives only 20PLN ...
I think I am too lazy to have fun with VPN for that amount.

I accidentally double ordered Premium so I had to talk to an EA rep who kindly cancelled the duplicate order for me (even got spanish email about the cancellation) and said that Premium will be applied to my account close to release.

They promise all kind of shit close to release. Same here, I don't have the game in my Origin list and they promised me it will be there...close on release.

No i don't have BF4 premium on my BF4 properties atm
same here
people who pre ordered before Origin update can see BF4 premium in their BF4 properties, other don't and will see it close to release or next battlelog/origin update
