What's the name of that innovative program to record your desktop and everything running through it (programs, games) without any quality loss, fps drops and with the best video output?

I remember that was a discussion here about this new technology but i just can't find it...

You guys should see the epic rage from people who, and I am not kidding, bought a Kepler-card specifically for that and it's still not out (nor is there any indication of when it will be)
