*IF* i'm remembering right, the games disappear until near the time of pre-load or release.
it happened at me on the old republic for few days before the release, when amazon delivered the game some days before the early access.

oh well, i hope is the same thing... Rolling Eyes

And what does it say when you log in to www.origin.com and look under order history?

Then you just need someone who bought it without proxy to tellyou if their game is missing too

I can tell you, game brought with proxy in old origin store, no problem still appear in origin. Battlelog post the pre order badge and everything.
Game brought with proxy in the new store just disappear, no pre order badge or anything. just the email confirmating the order.

Considering it says cc charged then I find it hard to believe they could do so legally and not at the same time reverse the charge......

Here's the kicker, they never deducted the amount from my account. I still had the same amount for a day and BF4+premium in origin. That's how I kind of knew it wouldn't work.

Come to think of it, this same thing happened when I bought MoH:warfighter where they gave me the game (could play it for a couple of weeks) but they never charged me. THen they just removed it from my account. I think I used an e-card when buying that as well so perhaps they have problems with e-cards. o.O

International charges can take some days before they show up in the bank account. So for people who ordered 2-3-4 days ago they might not have been charged yet...

Doesn't mean they wont....

Why not? As long as they give you the money back within a certain amount of days, they can.
You bought a product that you shouldn't have access to, you used "illegal" methods to obtain it.

Who says so? For them to prove! Who says wife didn't buy it for hubby while in alcapulco?? and no matter what you would be supprised that just because somene try to fool them, doesn't mean a company will get free hands to deal with it the way they see fit..... They got to follow laws too........

And the law states that they can take your virtual product back as long as they refund the money within certain amount of days.
And FYI they can easily proof, within a second from a Mexican IP to a (in your case) Danish IP?

Never underestimate EA my friend, I bet I could end up seeing a Swat team leaded by Riccitiello himself wearing a sombrero, stationed just near my apartment, ready to break in and sequestrate all my PC-related belongings Laughing

That's what Jippy said to me.

Seems like it worked, at least it shows up on my origin. Thanks!

Finally got it to work but had to use real cc not the virtual cc

What shows up on your cc statement? My shows two www.ea.com/cs and both are for $1.01. I know pesos are pretty cheap, but not that cheap.

The game is in my origin and shows up in order history as charged.
