I think they just count in the grace period?
So if you haven't received your game by the release, you're not locked out.

I can't seem to get my game registered. Got a 20 digit key sent to me which seems to be the regular cd key for the game. I can't for the love of jebus find where to enter it to receive a pre-order redemption key because it sure seems g2play aren't sending those out.
It'd be just my luck if I only bought the game hehe.

u use the 20 digit one then u get to that site above i thikn for the 18 digit one u get
I bought early access key off a site and that gave me a 20 digit key, which i redeemed and got the 18 key for early access.. let me find first site to redeem

Thanks moose but the key isn't in that kind of format, I've tried there and through the client. I've got a serial key with the ****-****-****-****-**** format.

check post above for new link those two are what i used.. 20 digit key goes into the new link and u goto login to the management site and it will ask u for key.... then ull get the early access key.

Thank you guys, I read mooses post too quickly hehe. I can enter the code there but it shows up "Code invalid". I guess I'll have to take that with the keysite unless it's a common problem at the moment.

I think you'll get the game for free if you have the old FF14, not sure how that worked though.

NO, I managed to create a character. Now they're saying logins are limited to those not in the starting area for now. And anyway, EU/NA servers are all down again
