BCG is not open , GGN has application invite but they are rejecting most nowadays.

I did gave several invites to people in here but most of them turned out to be leechers and there account was banned.

You don't have to upload you just have to keep the torrent active in your client and you will get the Upload using seed points automatically you need to read more on BCG about Seed Points I have 512Kbps and never faced any problems at all infact i have uploaded several torrents with my connection smaller ones
