Can't remember if that was the error I got in the IN store back with BF3. EA had somehow blacklisted my account and I had to shoot them an e-mail and wait ~2weeks for it to work again... when the price was back to normal

No, you just need to disconnect the VPN just before submitting the payment. I used my credit card and my local address and it worked fine.

I got to website with vpn on and both items are in my cart
I press to view the cart
disconnect vpn
fill in details
confirm
confirm
invoice failed.
What currency & country do you have on creditcard? & what browser ?
Also do you have your own country listed in your aboutme page ?
