Bet I know what happened.
They ran out of game keys (but not pre-purchase DLC keys) so they went ahead and sent you the DLC key. Now, if you were to try asking for a refund as you haven't gotten what you paid for in a timely manner (aka instantly, since the game is already out), they'd say "Nope, sorry, we can't give you a refund since we've already disclosed A KEY" (even though it's not the right one).

played a few missions, no problems found yet, no slowdowns , works perfect, the game make me laugh, but it will be one of that games that you easy Forget. still good to pass time til gta5

No. Some people have consistent crashes with the mech missions (which are required for plot progression). Basically even if it loads on your CPU, it's a case of roll the dice if you will actually manage to play through the whole thing (and that's leaving aside non-protection related crashes/bugs). My advice is if you haven't tried it yet, hold off for the moment.

being obsessed about latest game cracks isn't good for you. go outside, get a job, get a life. and then you'll be surprised, it will look like games getting released all the friggin time and you can hardly keep track of it all.
