bah, its again too short. only 10 missions. and no space marine campagin. Sad

heard there were 14 (10 to decide good or evil, and another 4 to decide which part of good/evil gets the titan?), and the missions are way longer than the old version, plus there is good and evil to choose from, so it's quite a lot bigger than the old version.

you can choose your race in the last mission, this makes 12 missions. and yes, the missions are longer.
took me 1 day to beat the good campaign, it is shorter then the original game. Sad

you just need a clean installation of dawn of war, winter assault installs the patch and everything. and it runs fine mounted with demon tools.
and the game is great. Smile

Ok, this is annoying. This is the first time I've had an issue with a game. I have a legit copy of DoW and patched to 1.4. I install WA and after double clicking the icon, i get a error window saying its encountered an error blah blah and to write any comments and send or not. DoW will start right up so its not that, I've tried installing WA twice and no go. I tried dt's latest and a120 with the same error. Too late for me to try and burn the image but I'm hoping that someone has seen this issue and had it resolved.

I just wanted to see the damn intro tonight. Sad

You guys actually got the GAME to run mounted in d-tools? Mounting for an install is no prob, but the GAME itself actually runs with a mount?

Dang, no luck here, .bwt file produces an error. Sad

First time I run the .exe nothing happens, just some loading then nothing...

Second time (and all further attempts) I run it I get this:

Oh well. Wink

Yah I am also using 3.47 DT, not sure what's up.

I checked in the registry before and there's an entry for the install path, and it looks perfect, not sure what's up yet. :\

start->Run->regedit->My computer->HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE->Hardware->Devicemap->SCSI->SCSI PORT X whichever has the d347prt listed as driver, right click it to set properties.
Enjoy

My firend is having similar problems, he got the game patched up fine and installed but is now having issues with the game loading with the image mounted. Ill go try mounting the BWT file and see if that works and get back to you Smile!

Nah, even legit copy owners are having this problem, apparently it's to do with virtual drives existing on your system.

Not sure why some people can load the game via virtual drives and others can't... bleh. No biggie.

EDIT: Bleh, I quit, lol. Even burned it off using the instructions from the .nfo and it just spins awhile then tells me the authentication on the disc took too long and asks me if I want to retry or not. Wink
