This should help a bit (I do it all the time with online shooters  )
I don't have the issue myself but some people say that setting the 'refresh_rate = "59" instead of 60 in the renderer_settings file can help with the lag.
( It can be found in C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\PAYDAY 2 )
Also setting multithreaded="false" in the context.xml file (main game folder) could be helpful as well.

tried this first, didn't change a thing for me
Flip Queue Size set to 1 in radeonPro did the trick
it doesn't feel perfect but it's much better
i'll try the refrech rate trick
anyway the game is fun, worth my money

For some reason, whenever I start the game, I only get a black screen for about 2 seconds, then it exits. Anyone got any ideas on how to fix this?
And yes, I did pirate it.

Those stats are "dangerous" for us (where us= dirty pirates  ) since I fear that with some future update the devs will find a way to put a spoke in our yarr wheels in order to prevent this from happening.
I hope not of course, if only because I like to imagine Boundle ranting like a madman somewhere in the meanders of the internet with his useless

In the correct order:
- UPDATE 1 FTS
- UPDATE 2 FTS
- HOTFIX FTS
- UPDATE 3 FTS
- plus the "usual" MP crack on top of these, just with 440 as appid instead of 204260. Should do the job just fine.  |
