The guy enjoyed his game and now wants his money back. I can understand him - I dont like to pay for games too, especially for fuckin' expensive games like WoW. What i dont understand, why people pay money to get high level character. The most interesting part of every RPG is leveling up. Its like paying money for cheat or trainer. Everything dies in 1 hit - how fucking interestin' to play...

Yes i know that. There are also much more challenges, dungeons etc wich become patheticly easy once you get high level character. The enemies there die before they say "Grrr.." and if they manage to hit you - that tickles, and the reward is always junk for your hi-level char.
As you probably know - the higher level, the higher price. If there wasnt level limit in MMORPGs many people would gladly pay for lev 10000000 character which can kill EVERYTHING in the game in just one blow. Why? I dont know. Perhaps the reason is same why people use aimbots in UT or Quake - They dont want to play, they just want to win

to be honest i think a max lvl account in WoW is not worth as much as say... an account with all the skills/runes/mods unlocked in GW, simply because, doesn't matter if it's true or not, most people has the idea that when you hit lvl 60 in WoW, the game is over for you. i dono if thats true but thats just the public opinion.
as for selling accounts, try ebay they have everything there lol. but im sure you know it's illegal and there might be risks involved.

Ive sold 3 Legendary Black Smiths w/ house, rares and million+ bucks (Ultima Online) for like $80USD each...truth be told I only got $80 one time, the other 2 times they sold for like $73.25 or something like that

okay fine, he wasn't PERFECTLY on topic but he was on topic reletively.
it's against EULA of the game, go read it (if you have the time) ebay doesn't do anyting because they are not violating the law (i dont think atleast... or those auctions would have been removed a long time ago) but the user who are involved in the trade is doing something illegal.
but w/e i see you got your answer.

It is against the EULA of the game.. No site is allowed to host the sale of your game account, simple as that. That doesnt mean they dont exist though.
