Hi there.
i need help with fifa06.
me and my friend wants to play togheter in career mode, to do this in fifa05 you just paused the game and then put the secound controll on the same team as you.
this isn't possible anymore.
so my question is: what the fuck do i need to do to play 2 players in the same team in career mode ?
please help.

No idea,
Is this game actually any good? Is it a big step up from Fifa 2005?
I played Fifa 2005 for about 2 hours when I first got it then went back to Pro Evoultion 4. Hopefully this one will give me more than 2 hours worth of entertainment.
The last fifa didn't flow and the graphics sucked. The only benefit of Fifa 2005 was that it was fully licenced and even League one teams were included (even if the squad listings were a little old :S )
So all opinions appreciated!

Dont know. started play nhl06 instead. atleast there you can play with your friends in career mode.

Theres alot to like and alot to dislike.
For starters theres a couple of nice videos one showing some exceptional goals in footballing history and one showing the evolution of the Fifa series. I noticed in that video though that they failed to mention that in one of their games you could score everytime from a certain position on the pitch and in another you could block the goalkeepers kickouts with your forward resulting in him punting the ball off your backside into the goal.
On starting the game your greeted with a video voiced over by what could be described as a hammed up Alex Ferguson wannabe who uses every football cliche going this may appeal to some people but to me it was ridicolous and cheesy in the extreme. Following that your challenged by a World Classic 11 which I guess is an introduction to the game. Playing through that match which included Voller, Cantona, Baresi, Ravelli and Beckenbauer to name a few I lost a tight match 1-0 and my initial impressions were good.
Getting to the actual game the presentation as usual is stunning, the kits, rosters, stadiums, crowd chants are exceptional. The likenesses of some of the players in my opinion seem a little off this year although that could be down to the new graphical style. Visually it is very pleasing, the game perhaps overuses bloom effects resulting what I would consider a very unrealistic plasticy look to the models but personally I like the look of the game give me this over jaggie looking low poly models anyday.
The gameplay for me is a letdown, on the default speed setting for the game it feels sluggish, upping the speed results a better game of football in my opinion but the animations now look ridicolously fast as if you are playing a Dos game on a 3ghz processor. All in all the best way I could describe the gameplay is unrewarding, hate to use this comparison but in something like Pro Evo 4 skill moves, good passing, dragging defenders out of position, drawing fouls and patient build up will generally lead to a chance on goal or some form of advantage with this though the actual game of football feels so limited in every way.
To conclude I would say the game is flawed but worth a look/rental especially for fans of the series.

to sum it up,it kinda sucks.
it has the usual fifa "mistake" where every player is equally fast.
tried playing barcelona vs norwegian side ålesund, their defenders outpaced ronaldinho and eto`o.
im sticking to pro ev4
