(And others)
Stop being selfish.
For some reason I still get a shit-tonne of hits to http://coflash.com/steam/ which is a guide that tells you how to get games cheaper.
I've been lazy (and selfish) for a while so I updated it with modern-wank that nobody cares about. Except iLeoNathan who will appreciate & enjoy my usage of OpenSans. Anyway...
I used to be on top of all this, but I've been out of the cheap CD-Key loop for a while now (damned boxed obsession) so I was wondering if anyone here can help add to that page with any relevant CD key store links. I took out a few because I know they're full of lying/suspicious scum bags (eg: G2"show us your passport"Play) so I was hoping I could repopulate it with some reputable sites.
TL;DR Would you kindly post your best source of getting cheap CD keys online?

Depends on the game, there are several key finder portals that allow you to find the cheapest one available.
PC: Yes. Console: No.

You could add some of the non-English legitimate sites, such as Yuplay.ru and/or Nuuvem.com.br -- Of course that means people have to figure out whether the game they want is region locked or not, but these sites are well worth keeping an eye on if you want legitimate Steam games for RU/BR prices as opposed to CD key warehouses that may or may not have functioning keys (re: Dragon Commander and non-functioning Steam keys from cdkeys.com.au)

I can personally vouch for both Nuuvem and Yuplay, they're great sites and haven't failed me yet. Yuplay is better since you pay RU prices and those are so far below EU Tier1/2 prices it's just not even funny, haha. Nuuvem is slightly more expensive but still much cheaper than EU/GB.

Maybe you can add that it is always a good idea to use an indian proxy and visit the ea india store when a game is added freshly for pre order? They usually only take them off the indian store if TOO many people find out about them
BTW: Isn't it problematical to have homer there, on your page? (and can you please resize him [in the top right corner to bring you back to the top] in your favorite gfx tool instead of doing it in the browser? He is too sharp )
And can it has an index (maybe also on the right?)

Hey Interinactive, I would recommende you link to this site: http://www.gamekeyfinder.de/. It lists the different vendors and their prices. A great help if you want to compare prices on the different cd-key stores. Great initiative!

sabsab stole my post, le fu!
Oh and forget EA titles on nuuvem unless you are on a south american IP, IIRC although why would you spend money on the crap they put out nowadays in the first place is beyond me.

If a game is region free for everyone, it is always cheapest on plati.ru. Even though buying there can be a bit of hassle for some.
Other possibility is to look at russian steam store, and then find someone on steamtrades to buy it for a fair price of money/keys.
I used those other common key selling sites before that. But they are not worth it for me anymore.
