He is under no obligation to step out of the car unless he has been charged or suspected of a crime.

Wow.... just wow...
Seriously, cops in NJ are some of the worst around, and that video is a prime example. They have this fucking "god complex" and think they are "the shit" and untouchable. Every experience I've had with cops around here has been a bad one.
Here's a few worth noting.
1. Parked my car on the street, and I'm walking to my home with a friend, all of a sudden 4 cop cars pull all around us out of fucking nowhere, and rush us... WTF? They ask to see my ID, and tell me to empty my pockets... all this with attitude BTW. Apparently they were looking for suspects breaking into cars in the area. Meanwhile they are asking me if I have any pot on me...fuck off.
2. Driving through Paterson (a rough neighborhood around here) to pick up a friend to go to the movies. Cop pulls us over, 3 of us have to exit the car, because it smells like marijuana... (we were smoking cigarettes). They search the car and find nothing, question us individually about what we are doing there...etc Half an hour later we are free to go...
These guys look for trouble, and any excuse to harass a person. It's fucking bullshit.

These kind of cops are really overrepresented in the force. Just like with every other situation where a group of people get generalized because of the bad eggs, the "good cops" really need to weed these fuckers out, and fast.
Yes, yes I'm back.
Somewhat.

I think its something to do with the profession.
People who need to feel all high and mighty, but in reality are weak, it gives them the opportunity to bully people and be paid for it.
I am off course stereotyping every copper into one, and we all know that not all of them are bad.
Once policeman is a dickhead it gets uploaded to youtube and we all scream "AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA WANKERS"
Ten do a good job, but we never hear about them, because well like the news, good news is boring.

I saw things like that in here and in other "woman problems" topics so...... Am I the only one that thinks some authorities needs to be alerted about Saner and him possibly being a rapist and/or kidnapper ? |

We dont hear about the accountant who didnt miss a comma in the spreadsheet, either. Maybe its because they are doing their job right and why is that something to bring up in the news? Appreciate good police officers by thanking them personally after being involved with them.

I couldn't agree with you more. The "good" officers need to stop standing by and allowing this behaviour to continue, the nonsense bullshit about the "blue code of silence" needs to be fucking destroyed and quickly. When you're scared of the ones that are employed to protect you and keep you safe, what's left? You can't go to the police for help, you can't go to the courts for justice Until the "good" officers stand up and do something, they're all going to be tarred with the same brush; corrupt, weak, trigger-happy bullies.

I agree with everything, maybe not the civil war part, because war always ends in tragedy. But its a shame seeing a country spurt nonsense about freedom, when the country itself is far from free.

They need to put recording devices on every cop. Or hire police to follow around and police the police.
