This is the best game that Valusoft makes. I know that's not saying much, but if you like the concept of driving around the country in a big rig and making deliveries, you'll like this game.

but this one is wayyyyyyyyyyyy bigger than the 2 previous versions. a delivery can take up to 2 hours :O is a good game for a long run, just making 2 or 3 deliveries daily. will stay on your HD for quite some time Wink

What I find highly annoying is less the game (its quite decent), but more the fact that the publisher slapped 2 demos onto the CD, making up 427MB of the CD's content, making TNT's RIP much more interesting.

it's much better / more fun than the last two versions of hard truck (this is like hard truck 3 or 4 right?). i think the first one i tried had mines around each cargo company, and the mafia which tried to steal your cargo etc.

just tried the first two tutorial missions, and it finally feels "real" to drive around. looking forward to having some fun in here

THis game has nothing to do with the Hard Truck Series.

Hard truck is made by another company.
This series is called 18 Wheels of Steel.
THis is the 4th game in the 18WoS series.
Hard Truck 3 will be called Rig 'n Roll, and have mutch better graphics and physics..

Hard Truck 2, followed by "King of the Road" was far better than this shitty 18 Wheels (P)OS series, that's not even able to implement all the nice features you could find in the older games by SoftLab-NSK (Hard Truck series).
If you want a really fun trucking sim install KOTR instead. Trucks are much faster (even with the most basic truck, you're not limited to these ridiculous 60 Km/h), have a more realistic feeling when you drive them, loading cargos is more user friendly (you just have to drive next to the loading bay), and you encounter some fierce competition...
I didn't know a new Hard Truck episode was on the work, I really hope that'll be the same company that made KOTR (SoftLab).

Rig'n'Roll is made by the same company that made HT1/2/KotR.

Sounds great, thanks for the info Stealth, and yeah I've seen the Rig'n Roll screenshots, they look very nice! If the gameplay keeps the same, it's gonna rule for sure. I hope the release date is close Very Happy
