after 2 nights already behind me, i ended up with a couple friends at the lake, one of them gay. He was kinda sad, because his old bf broke up with him so he was looking for something new. But he didn't have the courage. SO i went with him to a gay .. evening .. (in a club, sunday night is like gay night). And damn him he found someone. And i had a blast lol. Nice atmosphere i've to say.
Of course them getting it on later, while i was (half)asleep next to them wasn't all that, but lol, who cares, right ? (that being said, i'm not a big fan of a man and a woman getting it on next to me either lol).

gay people are nice people (flamboyant ones annoy me though just like flamboyant straights) and are pleasant to interact with. good for you for helping out.

i have no problem with gays, but , go to gay night lollllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll, no way jose.
now if we are talking gays "lesbians", no problem going to a lesbian bar.

Never really liked the gay parties, too many acting fabulous and I get quite annoyed by those.
They had some great Dj's the few times I went tho.
Still remember the first time at a party, I was feeling so uncomfortable and it didn't help that 10 mins later a guy came up and asked if I wanted to dance. Cracked up my sis that I looked at him dead serious and just said: no! From then on I wanted to leave and got annoyed every time I thought a guy would come over.
Quite silly when I think of it now, but hey I was 17 
Sister is a lesbian and she always whined about having to go to clubs and parties while we never went to HoLeBi parties.
But nice you had some fun and your friend got shagged up the bum

I have friends who happen to be gay, but I don't say: I'm going at my gay friends party, or with my gay friend at the movies 
I just have friends. Some straight, some gay
