I'm running icenhancer 2.1 but i have a problem with building lights. Some building lights (neon letters or some windows give light) only go on when i'm 2 meter in front of it or if i look at it with the right angle. Now i tried it with a clean install (maximum settings) and it is still the case so it has nothing to do with icenhancer. Does anyone know how to solve this?
Second question. Does anyone know how to maximise (tweak) the detail distance factor (not the draw distance) so i get sharper building textures in the distance?

So i have untouched Razor release with all the patches released over the years how should i proceed ? Is GFWL required ? And whats the release name to get running with latest version ?

4. Crack 1.0.4.0 from GCW

And run the game via LaunchGTAIV.exe, not via GTAIV.exe.
I got the box version some time ago, but never actually played without the crack, cursed combination of GFWL and game activation...
Applied the No DVD crack launched via LaunchGTAIV Razor logo comes up nothing thereafter

EDIT - Finally got it working had to install Patch 4 first but how do i get past social club page ? The socialclub shows all updates no game menu shows up
Okay all sorted as it seems xlive screws the font so only social club is shown copied the fonts file from gta5 forums all good and running.
Any recommended mods which does not hits performance
wtf is wrong with the steam version... i had this problem before, then it was gone for a couple of weeks and now it's back again..
The damn game keeps taking steam screenshots like every second.. I even have no button assigned to take a steam screenshot, yet it keeps taking them...
Another issue is that sometimes the game just wont start or crashes after loading.. I have to re-download the whole thing in order to get it working again (i didn't mod anything FYI)

Max downsample on amd is basically 2560x1440. And it does still look too jaggy
