None here.
Only the EA games require a south american IP, AFAIK.
All the stuff I've bought there I did without any sort of proxy.
The only issues you might run into there are with some weirder region locked steam games like Dead Island and Mafia 2, but to everything else it should work and register without a problem.

i got it mainly for fantasy was. anyway, i kinda just buy any bundle under 3$ if there is at least one game that i played/enjoyed in the past. (and is steamable).

So with 203770 Game Crusader Kings II being only entry, with no RU version that would be region free then?
Looked Borderlands 2 RU to compare, but don't find information on there if it's activation or run restricted.
