Some news for us sad, pathetic folks with no Alpha access:

Most of what he says has been revealed before, but there is one part I didn't hear until now: Apparently they updated their back end, so that they could roll out fixes almost in real-time - so now you won't have to wait for months until they fix some bug (theoretically). Should make some people happy Smile
He talks about this in the context of consoles, but I suppose there is no reason it wouldn't apply to PC as well.

He also talks about the clouds Smile

So they got Beta ready with textures (I'd assume that's what thay played on E3), but alpha gets no textures. Alpha testers report gunship rape worth of bugs, but none of them end up in Alpha as fixes.

Then we get Beta in Fall (with some fixes, but mostly in state that it is now) and we again reports jet rape worth of bugs, but they already got final code ready and none of the fixes end up there nor is there a new fixed Beta client.

Then we get BF4 that will STILL have some of BF3 bugs a few alpha bugs and all Beta bugs Troll Face

OK, a bit gloomy, but I still remember BC2 Beta, where that happened Razz Anyways, enjoy Alpha you couple luckies Smile

ps. DICE internal fixes of course go for version to another and some will be same as community reports, but they can't find all.

Sure the levels are white painted but it looks pretty nice from those images even so, characters and such especially since those have actual details. Smile
