I was about to post a rant against Logitech because my second G9X is dying the exact same way as your G500. This is my second one , first died the same fucking way after 6 months. Used warranty , they sent me another and now it's dying the same way as the first. The fucking connector is junk and start to get loose after a while and then the disconnect starts. Keep getting worse and worse until it dosconnect every 3 secs which makes the mouse unusable. I'm now sitting here with 2 G9X , one is dead and the one im using at the moment began to disconnect 2 days ago and from past experience i know it's only a matter of time before it become unusable.

Now i was satisfied with Logitech customer support but enough is enough. I had 4 , yes 4 logitech mices who all died the same way.

- MX310
- MX518
- 2 X G9X

I also had a wireless G7 who got the infamous double click issue which is now dead too.

I almost starting to think they do it on purpose. Jesus christ how shitty is their fucking quality control department ? For fuck sakes . DO A BETTER SOLDERING JOB YOU FUCKTARDS

Going Razer next time, Not saying it's going to be better because i never had a Razer mice but buying another logitech mice at this point would be dumb. It's too bad because i fucking love the G9X. When it works that is...

Thats funny Ive had 5 Logitech mouses in my 15 years with 5 different PCs. And right beside my G500 (going on its 4 year) is a logitech ifeel mouseman (hell I didnt make up the name) and thats 12 years old and working just fine. Worst mouse ive had was also the most expensive:

Logitech MX Revolution (although it still works as it did when I got it - poorly).

Stay wired.
