9. Don't ask about general release dates. If it concerns games go to www.gamershell.com or the developer's site. If it concerns apps visit the fan site or the developer's site.
10. Please post in the proper forums. This way the forums stay clean and it will cause no frustration to other members.
11. Posting nfo's is allowed only when they don't contain a serial. Please remove them before posting. Also please use the Spoiler Tag for the nfo so that the lay-out of the board stays intact.
12. Signature rules. Options:
* Image (max 600x100 pixels, 60kb) - no text
* Image (max 200*50) + Text (max 2 lines)
* Text (max 4 lines)
13. No "Look i am downloading it with 912190mbps"-post they are useless and will be deleted.
14. No advertising. Doing this will result in a ban.
15. Providing affiliate tagged links to products or services is not allowed
16. Don't quote requesters, or other misbehaviors.
17. Don't feed trolls. Don't bait other users into flame wars.
18. The official forum language is English. Posting in any other language is a bannable offense. Do not expect the mods and admins to use an online translator for each of your posts.
19. Try to keep it on topic and civilized. Do not spam outside the useless void. AND do not uber-spam the UV either.
20. Do not necro threads with useless posts. |

Reason: trolling, so rules 6 and 17 would apply then I guess. Message also stated "goodbye g00mba" it's true, my previous account g00mba was used by my brother, which english isn't particular good. I wasn't aware it's a banneable offense though to have poor english skills, but on this forum it clearly is.
I've noticed it's a popular modern trend today to claim anyone who's opinion differs from the majority shouldn't be taken seriously aka a troll.
Well since you DO have a console section on this forum, it stands to reason you're NOT against the platform, well at least not the website. So why is it I got permbanned for ONLY talking about the new consoles?
I've went through my recent comments nd I stand by them completly. What right does the moderator have to ban me for liking a different media?
This is a weird community. You have great posters on this site like sabin/jbeckman whom provides fruitful info for members, then you have the constant annoying 4chan mentality where it seemsl like they thrive on spamming pictures for no reason or empty words.
If it's against your rules to talk about consoles in a positive manner, then why not reflect the rules?
You might as well IP ban me if you're gonna act in this facist manner. I did not troll using arik22. Those were my opinions, i'm sorry you have such issues against the recent consoles moderator.
Is it allowed to post our opinion about consoles, or are you gonna ban?
EDIT: In my work thread about a survey, one moderator asked me a question to the reason for the thread, I answered him in a mature way, he never replied. Is he angry for something I did in that thread?

Then why you so determined to stay or ask for reentry into a forum that you deem useless and past its prime?
And why do people insist that an internet forum lives by some rule of neutrality, some form of equality and fair democratic rights for all? That seems the main "how was I banned, but X wasn't for the same thing?" reply after bans.
I'm not defending the forums for their actions. But just stating it is not a publicly controlled, fair use and access type situation. The powers that be can simply go "I hate how many words he uses with the letter P in it..hes banned" and it is so.
They can ban anyone with the letter Q in their name if they so wished..and be in the right to do so. Would many people like it? probably not. But asking "why did I get banned and Quackface didnt, he has a Q in his name!"...and simple reply of "Because we didn't feel like banning him" could be the answer.
Again I'm not defending their choices, just pointing out that its well within their ownership rights to ban whoever they have the whim to, for whatever reason they want to, whenever their ban finger starts itching. Mutually agreed or not that if it was right to do so.
