E3 2013 will take place June 11-13, with the show floor open for all three days. Additionally, the E3 2013 Press Conferences by Sony, Nintendo, Microsoft, EA, Ubisoft and others will take place during the week of June 10-14.
Hopefully there will also be some batshit insane hilarious and "so bad it's terribly hilarious" stuff going on.
Especially with that microsoft guy mattrick, who seems to love the white stuff

Nintendo is running a press event, closed doors, and a publisher/industry/merchandise/commerce metting, also closed doors.
They'll be running a few nintendo directs throughout E3.
But yeah their public event, like every past year, has been cancelled.
They're trying a new things.
Few pubs are doing the same.
I really don't understand why sony keeps getting the late shift. that's 9pm est.

They feel they can reach their audience better with nintendo directs rather than doing a press conference where they focus on numbers, target audiences, etc for a half of the show (like sony, ms and nintendo have been doing for a while). So they're keeping all that talk to investors, retailers and press behind closed doors and giving gamers nintendo directs with pure gaming goodness. Which is cool. If they have 3 hours worth of nintendo directs of just games. And I like their directs. They're very friendly and personal and it's like a gentle prostate exam to the gamers.
That and 3rd party has completely abandoned them (apart from a few titles). They don't want reggie to stay on stage for the entire time talking about games they can't have.

look at god of war3, heavy rain or gears of war games and now imagine they have 8gb ram instead of 512mb. Well ram itself is not much difference but even 7850 is couple generations after whats onboard now
