This new release is: Echo_Secrets_Of_The_Lost_Cavern_TetrisEmu
From the nfo:
| Code: | /instructions
1. Burn or mount image, install game
2. Launch tetriscpl.exe located in /CD1/Crack dir
3. Install Driver and reboot
4. Launch tetriscpl.exe again and mount the SOLC_CD2.tdf file
5. Its now time to play

This is a new kind of emu method especially designed for TAGES.
It is not quite a clone as we arent dealing with a 1:1 standalone copy.
That is, the twinsector data have not been added back into the image.
Technically it works like alcohol or dtools, running
a daemon that "reads" the tdf file and emulates the twin sectors.
This is released now so that people can enjoy this fine game
and not 6 monthes after street date.
Note: The TetrisEmu was created by some other fine folks, namely the
Tetris Team. We cannot offer any support for it. Also feel free
to release a 100% reversed version if you like, we have
better things to do :). |
Maybe thats just me, but this sounds pretty familiar like the way Starforce Nightmare and other emulators work by installing/"fixing" a driver on your system. Well, I for one will not even grab that game, there is no way in hell that I will install an emu-driver on my machine just to get this game running. I am sure that there will be a proper clone or iso release soon.

yeah i have read again the nfo hmm well its not an full dumped decrypted exe/crack ,but at least a proper emulating crack they deserve credit well done nogrp!

Well, they do deserve the credits, of course, no doubt about it, but at the same time I question the fact that it would not work with D-Tools, Alcohol120% or other emulating programs and does require a new driver just to get this one game working. Let's hope this changes with D-Tools 4 (whenever that is done)

Probably it will work for other Tages protected games, at least untill a new version is out. Tages is quite rarely used anyway

I need some game help, stuck somewhere.
 Spoiler: | I'm stuck after the part where you draw the bull, and you have to use the musical stones on it. Anyone know how I'm suppose to tame the bull with the stones? |

I applied the original crack by Deviance and used a savegame past the spot of the second cave. The game seems to be working this way. Is it possible? I haven't tried to play it through the end yet, though.

okay i used that "PROPER" crack and can say, it does NOT work. it somehow doesn't shows the hammer (5 stones- music) ;S
also, i would never install the emulator ;S sux ;S
