Thor battles an ancient race of Dark Elves led by the vengeful Malekith who threatens to plunge the universe back into darkness after the events of The Avengers.
Marvel’s Ryan Penagos came forward on Twitter hours ago to confirm that the first theatrical trailer for Thor: The Dark World will hit next week.
“I can confirm that the teaser for #ThorDarkWorld will arrive next week! Much more info soon!” said Penagos, the Executive Editorial Director of Marvel Digital Group.
It has been widely assumed that the Thor: The Dark World trailer will be attached to theatrical prints of Iron Man 3 for some time now, and Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige recently confirmed that suspicion.

That way I can feel good about myself, because event tho I'm not 6'2", and I don't have Apollo's body (yet!), at least there's one part that is better than them xD

I haven't even watched the first one and I don't think I'll watch this either. I don't really like this take on Thor (and I don't mean Marvel's take) and there's something about the guy that plays Thor that annoys the hell out of me. I can't stand him.
