is this a surgery under no gravity conditions?
why the hell every movement makes all the items flying around?
funy (or maybe not? ) ,but i was looking for something like that a while ago, and i found something similar, can't remember the name now,but the gameplay is simple and even childish i would say,but still it is educational.

looks to me like they're in a ambulance, you can see the doors at the end and the lights going by gives it away, you heard right tho, a brain transplant in a moving ambulance
I tried the 2011 edition was a bit more "serious".
But it still didn't have the difficulty of the good old Life and Death series (DOS time).
But hey, games are meant to be fun nowadays,
... difficulty sucks, right ?

How do I remove the heart to put in the new one? It seems.. attached and none of the tools worked?

The above space video had the guy using what looked like a scalpel which he swung around near the aorta (I forgot what those two major blood vessels where actually called, I'm no doctor.) until the heart popped loose and then he slammed the new heart down into the (By now completely emptied.) chest cavity which gave a A score.
EDIT: Tempted to try it myself, though the controls seem pretty difficulty but that's part of the challenge.
