youre thinking about australia. we dont get censored movies/media, and generally the only censored games we DO get (which is generally rare) are in cases when the publishers are too fucking lazy and we get australias version.
its australia thats the problem 
however, data limits is definately a fucking terrible thing to have to suffer these days...

Well good it didn't take that long, altho 1 day is too much already.
Had to work with a limit for 10 years in Belgium (first 10 and then 25gb I think), thank god it changed in the past years. And now I'm even luckier with living Sweden.
Hope it changes there, or you get more choice.
