Seriously tho, I know nothing about the OS other than it looks ugly and confusing to me. Might be good, I'm just too resistant to change.

the only thing different from windows 7 is missing start button. And that's it.
I'm not even using that gay-metro thing.

And even that can be adressed with some 3rd party programs or just putting an explorer shortcut in the left corner and searching things in the up-right corner.

And i can honestly say it is faster and more reliable. Win7 was good but win8 is even better Smile

I hear ya, in all honesty I'll probably skip windows 8 and wait for the next OS.

Wasn't win8 basically designed for touchscreen monitors mostly?

Also Windows Blue is the next OS no?

Windows Blue will be practically a large/major update (something along the lines of a Service Pack) for Windows 8 bringing it to version 8.1.
