Erm, UT 2004 works perfectly with AA and AF.

Does the game look low-res at times where there's a lot happening on screen at once or something for anyone? Like at lets say the beginning of the second level after you crash land on the planet. The area looks all low-res.

Lestat, remove your joystick/joypad, restart the game and see if it's still doing it, if it aint you need to re-calibrate your stick
If life is one big joke , I just don't get it......

ironic as it may seem (see avatar) I've yet to have played this due to a lack of motivation to actually keep the burned clone in my drive.. looks like a merry christmas to me now, however.

Spoiler: | i was soo pissed with the ending, it brings the lotr feeling back, when it said : to be continued.. then i saw that it is a trilogy so 2 more games coming our way, good thing but it cuold have endid allot better imo, anyways here is the site : http://www.adventtrilogy.com/
Advent Rising is the first of a planned trilogy of action/adventure games for the Xbox ® video game system from Microsoft and PC. An intergalactic saga created with award-winning science fiction author Orson Scott Card, the Advent series thrusts gamers into a continuously evolving series of sequences and events, where they are forced to make decisions that will affect not only the outcome of the first game, but the entire trilogy.

Quote: | Hi Everyone,
My name is Ryan and I’m an Associate Producer here at Majesco. I wanted to take this opportunity to introduce myself and share some news with the community.
We first launched Advent Rising in 2005 and to this day we’re constantly amazed and humbled by the dedication and love shown to the game by fans. Even here at Majesco, Advent Rising holds a special place in our hearts. While we don’t have any new titles to announce at this time, I’m pleased and excited to announce that we have various updates planned for the original game, starting with an update to make the experience more enjoyable on modern systems.
We’ll have more details on the first update very soon. Until then, we’d love to hear from the community, what would you like to see from these updates and Majesco moving forward? |

That's nice, I remember having fun with it back in the day despite the rough spots here and there. It had an interesting narrative structure with free-flowing gameplay and neat psychic powers/telekinesis, not to mention the quality soundtrack.

Ha! Kind of an obvious question, considering the cliffhanger and planned trilogy that never happened. (Not getting my hopes up, though)
