So, now that all the map packs have been released, which of them would you all say contain the most "classic" battlefield maps - by that I mean best mixture of ground, vehicle, and air combat?
Close Quarters is instantly struck off the list (and thrown into a burning void of blackness, never to be mentioned again), and Back to Karkand I owned by default. So I guess that leaves Armored Kill, Aftermath, and Endgame. Also, it would help if said map pack is actually played on more than one server.
I can never be free, because the shackles I wear can't be touched or be seen.

Aftermath is the most infanty-based of the three, the urban maps are relatively big, but not enough for vehicles (especially air combat, since only one map has the Little Bird). They added a scavenger mode too, which is basically an alternative TDM.
Armored Kill's maps on the other hand are pretty damn huge, they're extremely vehicle-based and ground combat can be tough at times since there's barely no cover (yes Bandar Desert, I'm looking at you). It's probably the most "classic" BF pack. There's also a new mode, Tank superiority.
Endgame is somewhere in the middle, though still rather vehicle-based and maps aren't as small as I initially thought (at least in Conquest). They added CTF, bikes and the Air Superiority with the jets-only.
These 3 map packs are all pretty good in their own way, but if you're looking for vehicle/air pew pew & large maps AK is probably the most suitable for you, followed by Endgame.

Thanks for the analysis Ixi!
I'd say my two favorite stock maps would have to be Caspian Border and Kharg Island - they've got the perfect combination of raw size, terrain variation (cover), and mix of infantry/land/air. While Operation Firestorm is large, it's basically completely flat and just a massive SOFLAM spam fest.
Think I'll grab End Game and Armored Kill.

No problem, I hope you like them. If not, you can blame me and send me to hell
There are several maps with hills/mountains in these packs, and even the desert ones have some kind of cover near the borders (except for Nebandan Flats, that's just really flat -and small-).
