Some invitation scout from zoomin sent me a prefabricated mail
(I got over 1,8 million total views and 660 subscribers, for some old violent videogame vids)

You've got a very nice channel and we love what you are doing with it. Because you are focused on Entertainment videos (just like us) we 'd like to invite you to apply for a partnership with our fast growing Youtube network.
When you are partnered with Zoomin.TV - Games (that's us!) you will earn more money than you do with just AdSense. The CPM (=dollars per 1000 views) is between 3 and 10 dollars, depending on the type of advertisement. Our CPM is not set in stone, but flexible. When we do good, you do good.
is this any good, trustworthy or frauds again?
I haven't applied for anything and didnt make any money before. there was one other scout that contacted me a year ago but it was from a fraudulent company and I ignored it. all they do is put a commercial in front of the video right?
What I want to know if youtube will ban me if I'm not from a supported country. Or is it just checked by an ad company?
Get your channel up and running to the point where you'll qualify for some of the partners you listed. Ask their support wether your country is supported by them.
Partnering with YT itself might not/prolly wont work. however as soon as you're partnered with one of the others you're their responsibility so to speak. so if they dont mind you being from an unsupported country ; your account is safe(Given you stick to the general YT rules)
Shocktrooper: Zoomin.tv does sound familiar. but better to just stick with the bigger more known partners like TGN, TGS, Machinima etc the requirements are generally a little higher but you'll be so much better off. Dont forget you're actually signing a contract with these people, and always read the small print. I've heard of some of these smaller partners locking you in for 3 years and other crappy arrangements etc.
I myself have been partnered with TGN for a while now, 99/1 arrangement but not sure if they still offer this. back when I was looking for partner networks most offered 80/20 so tgn was a godsend. Never ever had problems with payouts with them and their support is pretty good.
