Out of nowhere I jammed a nerv or something. Wasn't able to sleep all night, because of the random pain it gives. Moving like a grandpa atm. Don't want to stand up, because this gives the most pain. Hopefully the physical therapist can help, going to see him in a few minutes. Not the day off I wished for Sad

I had around 3 episodes of back pain last year, the first two times I bit my tongue and just suffered through it, the third time I took some Ibuprofen.
I couldnt believe it, it was so effective the pain was basically gone after 2 hours and never came back. The two times before it took 3 days until I could finally move again.
The efficacy of painkillers is outright spooky, now I always keep a reserve at home

Oh man. I had 2 locked and it was so painful. I went to the chiropractor and they put me in this traction/stretching device. Worked wonders

I have two seriously slipped disks but I've always been scared to make me visit by one of those chiropractors.."standard" doctors keep saying deal with it which is what I'm doing at the moment. It's so annoying though. Crying or Very sad

Good luck with your back flipp, hope you find the way to unlock them nasty vertebrae Wink

Thanks. I think they are unlocked now. At least I think so, because of the cracking noise it made during the process yesterday. Pain is still the same, but I can move much better now and it's not that random anymore. Let's see how I perform at work today Razz

I don't think regular adjustments are necessary. That is what people get addicted to. I only go if my body is really out of line.

Keep your stomach strong and you wont have as many back issues. Smile

Yeah I'm doing exercises and pseudo-yoga stuff at the moment, not sure if they'll help with my problems, but they should give me a pleasant placebo effect at least Laughing
