My first PC game was when I first got a Pentium 100 MHZ, when I was 9 years old. A PSX era game called Time Commando, that came along with the computer. Awesome little beat'em up.

Immediately recognized the Alley Cat graphics and music when I saw the video, so disregard my earlier post. That's definitely one of the first games I played.

Math Rabbit was the first game I remember playing on my Tandy 1000. I must have been about five or six. Then it was on to the games that really changed my life (Leisure Suit Larry, King's Quest, Space Quest, Police Quest).

This is the only screenshot I could find of what the actual game looks like.

Probably Wolfenstein 3d or Lemmings. If counting C-64, I don't know, maybe River Raid or Pit Stop. Also had an Atari 2600 clone earlier, but that's a console.

Not the first game. But Alley Cat is one of my several early games I can still remember the name.

There was also some space invaders clone, and another game that resembles famous "space wars" game.

All played on old trusty 4.77Mhz IBM-PC XT, with 640KB RAM, Hercules monochromatic graphics, and with (for that time huge) 30MB HDD.

P.S.
Just found the name of my first game. Space War clone, which is called Spacewar

Find it this way:
Space War (1985)(B Seiler)

P.P.S.
Just found Space Invaders clone I played on PC:

Space Commander II [AJF, 1984]

^This screenshoot is from CGI emulator for hercules graphics (simcga). Just like I played the game long ago...
