There's no way Spain is the best league in the world. What a joke. There's about 4 teams which are any good, the rest are just fodder. The only league that is more of a joke is the Scottish Premier.
The German league is looking pretty good I must admit and I agree that the premier league has gone downhill.
Glad to see Inter back to the old performances that we all used to love . Their team is a complete joke, coach included (and their only good player -Milito- is out till next year)

In terms of quality of football, the ELP and Budesliga are the best leagues in my opinion, followed by Liga (for the reasons that you mentioned, since there's a huge difference between the top teams and the peasants), SerieA (one of the most balanced leagues, but not exactly spectacular) and Ligue1.
If Milan closes down heavily and plays on the counter, Barca is pretty much fucked I think.
Barca will play with 12 men though, we'll see what happens, its going to be an awesome match
When it comes to AC Milan you never know what's gonna happen.. I still remember the incredible Milan-Liverpool final and Milan-Deportivo 4-1 -> Deportivo-Milan 4-0 in 2005
But I hope they manage to get through, they're the lesser evil.
