Ah thanks, I completely forgot about 3DM's fix for their own G&K release. I already had it and forgot to apply it. So really all you need is this:
1. 3DMGame's original Civ 5 G&K 1.0.1.674 release.
2. 3DMGame's 1.0.1.674 fix.
3. ALI213's 1.02.21.
And that's it.

No seriously now, I understand that the Korean and Ancient Wonders packs are not included in that gold edition. Someone correct me if I'm wrong though.

It's everything, yes, but there are rumours that there will be another/more DLC coming so potentially we may still see a Civ V "Complete Edition" or something like that by the end of this year or the next.
