Yep it means they can do business, have monopolies, and do whatever behind closed doors as they wish long as its violates no other laws.
I fail to see how giving them MORE power to do as they wish will make them less able to stop average people from catching up.
maybe its just me. If I was a CEO of a fortune 500, and I woke up and heard "we are now unrestricted capitalist, long as we don't violate any human rights..we are free reign on how, why, and what we do business as"
I would be brainstorming on every underhanded, shady, scheming, exploitative business deal that I could get my company to think of..to cause/trick/use every one competing against me big and small to fail.
