Unless it's optional. If they really gave up that form of DRM, then it will necessarily be an optional feature, like Dark Souls' online stuff. It's there as an extra, but the game is perfectly enjoyable offline. Mandatory Uplay on the other hand...but I use Steam, so I'm in no position to complain about that one. Very Happy

heard in some podcast that this multiplayer thingy can be completely disabled for SP
other than this last gameplay trailer is made from sandbox and random events

Well I'm expecting a lot from this game, however, judging by Assassin's Creed III and Far Cry 3 with their reported performance problems (which I didn't experience) and flawed/repetitive gameplay (FC3 was a good game just not nearly a GoTY contender) respectively, then one shouldn't expect Watch_Dogs to be game of the year material for 2013 either. But at least it looks like something fresh and new in premise, so we'll see how that goes Razz

Seeing as Apple have a patent on rectangles with rounded corners, it doesn't even need to be an iPhone. Ubisoft should have made them triangles or something.

Watch Dogs: PC is lead platform

Watch Dogs developer Ubisoft Montreal is using PC as its lead platform before taking its sandbox game to PS4 and – most likely – Xbox 720.
