Nah, it's not KoA that it's wrong in there. But stuff like XCOM and Dishonored. At least Gamebanshee has more RPG's in the list. And I've actually enjoyed KoA. A lot, i might add.

it played like a generic offline mmo, dark souls shouldve won in all aspects, although its technically a 2011 rpg.

kudos for the dragons dogma mention though, didnt see it on alot of lists, sadly.

KoA might have started as a mmo, but that doesn't mean it's not a brilliant RPG.

I wouldn't call it brilliant when it is essentially an offline MMO. I don't think the combat saves the game from that.

The fact that it's not an MMO anymore doesn't mean the MMO feel is gone from the game either, which is what I think the others mean. And I agree. Now, I think everybody knows how much I hated it when it came out. Actually, it wasn't really hate. I just found it really uninspiring, dull and idiotic in some ways. I still think pretty much the same thing, but I did play it close to the end of last year again, for about 16 hours and I think it's ok, but still not enough to make me want to finish it. I mostly got bored since everything became too easy (and by that I don't mean just the combat). It's something pretty much every game of this type has these days. I still found it better than Bethesda's crap though.

And yeah, RPGWatch's 2012 awards turned out quite questionable...

KoA despite everything is still more RPG than any of the games mentioned there (except for Dark Souls of course). I love how these "charts" are so random, basically if one game has some kind of basic upgrade system/XP it instantly becomes hardcore Arrr Pee Gee! Very Happy

Now t hat I have the interest to check out the list. How is Dishonoured or Darsiders "RPGs" or "Hybrid RPGs" ? Well I guess I'm being too strict, Darksiders 2 does have a few RPG elements. But it still can't possibly be "Best Graphics". WoW has better textures than that game.

Previous Reloaded updates implicitly unlock "From Ashes" DLC by simple modifying several bytes in main EXE. Can someone check if this Cogent update does the same?

"Mass.Effect.3-RELOADED", plus any Reloaded update after that.

There was "Mass.Effect.3.DLC.Unlocker-RELOADED" after the main release, but like I said, they only changed several bytes in the main EXE and the DLC got unlocked. So Reloaded simply did the same thing in every updated EXE after that.

http://www.computerandvideogames.com/392869/mass-effect-3-citadel-dlc-revealed-one-final-send-off-for-shepard/
Quote:
Launching on March 5, the former will take players "on an emotional ride with their favourite characters" as they "explore and discover new locations across the vast, deep-space station" in "one final send-off for Commander Shepard".

The last single player DLC pack for Mass Effect 3 will be priced at $14.99 on PS3 and PC or 1200 MS Points (£10.28 / €14.40 / $15) on Xbox 360.

BioWare will also release the free Reckoning multiplayer DLC on February 26, introducing new maps, characters kits, weapons and upgrades for the game's online component.

Mass Effect series executive producer Casey Hudson said: "The team has poured heart and soul into Mass Effect 3: Reckoning and Mass Effect 3: Citadel. As the launch of these chapters near, the feeling around the studio is bittersweet.

"We have always been humbled and driven by the passion of our fans for the Mass Effect trilogy. We hope fans will enjoy spending more time with some of their favourite characters -- we have certainly enjoyed spending time creating them. We're excited to release this final send-off for the trilogy and move forward into the future of the Mass Effect universe."

How'd you figure? They released 4 major DLC's for ME2, last one about a year after it's launch. The number is the same for ME3 (and this not counting MP), in the same timeline. Not to mention they're bigger.

What we know about Citadel DLC

Quote:
"Embark on one last adventure with your team in Mass Effect 3: Citadel.

When a sinister conspiracy targets Commander Shepard, you and your team must uncover the truth, through battles and intrigue that range from the glamour of the Citadel's Wards to the top-secret Council Archives. Uncover the truth and fight alongside your squad – as well as the cast from the original Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2, including Urdnot Wrex!

When the adventure is over, reconnect with your favorite characters from the Mass Effect Trilogy, try your luck at the Citadel's Silver Coast Casino, blow off steam in the Armax Combat Arena, or explore and furnish Shepard's own living quarters on the Citadel. With unique content and cinematics featuring your friends and romance interests in the Mass Effect trilogy, Mass Effect 3: Citadel offers one final chance to see the characters you have known for years and rekindle romances."
