If it's just Felicia Day for voice work it will be ok, I would rather not have them model a character after her like they did with Dragon Age 2.

any attempts to replicate it in games will inevitably look fugly, like dragon age did

looking forward to this. I didn't play the first one although I had picked it up on steam a while back, but enjoyed dreamfall and interested in the continuation of the story.

I think this whole project left me cold. It could be that I dislike episodic games, that I disliked TL2, that it isn't on static background, I really can't point it to one specific thing because it has plenty of things that I normally would love to see, but I'm definitely not backing it, nor am I looking forward to it. I'm not even sure I want to see the story completed. I may as well erase my memory of TL2 and this project and leave the story where it was perfectly and beautifully ended in The Longest Journey.

Considering the fact that "Dreamfall Chapters" isn't an episodic game, and "Torchlight II" has nothing to do with "The Longest Journey", I don't have a freaking clue what you are talking about.

Anyway the Prototype looks realy great and they have mutch more to show then most other kickstarter projects, i like that.

That's why i detest stretch goals. They tease with planned content, and if we don't hit it, we sit with the thought that we have missed out on something in the game.
I wish this game had a budget. I mean any budget. Their goal was 850k and they said the overall budget (including the money they'll put in) would be "over a million" (which means <$2M), that's like.. nothing.
So here's hoping the kickstarter reaches 2M, and maybe they put 0.5M of their own. $2.5M.. Dreamfall had a $6M budget.

I know that, still $1.5-2.5M is peanuts for a 3D game (of that type). Imagine having a $6M budget today.
