Just encountered this, can't wait for this to be available.
About time the normal fans are getting replaced by something better (and no watercooling doesn't count, i'm talking air cooling wise Razz)

If this nvidia and ati reference gpu fan Laughing is indeed so great it will never be produced because it would blow away any other cooling and that cant happen too fast.

Yeah. If it will somehow be released for retail, computing will speed up dramatically.
Low temps will allow for whole new level of speeds.

If this were to be combined with water-cooling or phase-change cooling, it would work even better. I'm actually considering buying a small dorm refrigerator and building a computer inside of it, just to see what kind of temps I can get... Hell, I could probably just put my current radiator inside of the fridge and see what that gets me.
