It was expected since the demo was almost more than 3.5GB

not only exclusives, many ps3 versions of multiplatform games are twice or even three times as large as the 360 versions, due to the spacious bluray format, developers leave alot of stuff uncompressed in the ps3 versions, like audio, fmvs etc.
some examples:
darksiders - 21 gb
tekken tag 2 - 18 gb
force unleashed - 20 gb
etc., these games all came on 1 dvd on 360.
if you watch the comparison between the 360 and ps3 versions of revengeance demo, you ll notice a big difference in fmv quality - on the ps3 the videos run at a high res and look sharp, while on 360 they look like a blurry low-res mess.
this difference alone is easily enough to make the ps3 version thrice the size.

Yeah, I guess you're right. I'm not going to be able to play it immediately anyway, so might as well queue it for....however long it takes to download. Will complete my Witcher's play-through.

Don't remember the size unpacked, but the demo I got from sky was only 1.6 GB
