|
 |
I've got a call from my brother today, he showed some of the stuff that I've made to one of his friends, who works in an agency, where they make stuff for commercials, websites, photographs, graphics design & etc. And the guy showed the stuff to his boss and the boss told him that he wants to hire me.
I was planning to study (go to a university) after finishing the mercedes benz school, but now I have to decide :/ ...
study (don't even know what to study yet) or do a training as a graphics designer ( the pay will be low during the training, but yeah... :/ )

If you are even remotely creative and you are willing to relocate wherever there might be work, I'd say go for it. Sure, I don't know you. Sure I don't know a lot about graphic design. But I do know that when an opportunity presents itself, to flat out turn it down just to go to uni where you don't know what you'll study, seems ludicrous.
Best of luck.

As a guy who's having troubles at finding a good job after all those years spent at the uni, I say carpe diem and give it a chance. Sounds like you're going to do what you like, so why not
In the worst case scenario, if the job doesn't meet your expectations, you can always quit and explore different opportunities, like studying or becoming a professional dancing bear xD

Im all for the uni education, but since you dont have any concrete plans in the uni I'd say the job seems like the better choice.

Get on the job market as soon as possible.
Trying to get a master's degree after uni was the worse mistake I've ever done in my life and now I'm paying for it.
Hell, even those that actually finished it are in the same or in a worse situation than I am
If you feel the need for it you can try going back to it in a few years.
