Same problem here, game makes my pc restart. More people reporting the same problem on the official forum ( http://www.gtr-game.com/forums/index.php?showforum=36 ) and other boards...

This demo is simply amazingly good! Like GTR but with better graphics and cooler cars.. This is for sure one game that I will buy, it looks like this small company are about to make another first class racing game!

I just downloaded the demo and it was chuggy as hell... I didn`t even bother racing... it said in red in one of the menus... `for graphic cards with 256mb` !!! ffs!! I got a Gforce 6600 GT Silent pipe doowacky yesterday and I can`t play it!!

set it on lower settings. it should fix the problems.

It works just fine on my 3ghz p4 and 128meg 6800nu.

Quite nice, but I usually don´t like racing games. Runs at everything maxed out perfectly with a 9800pro, maybe a litte low fps but very playable.

try at night time (like 02 start of race) and see your playability gone Razz

best thing about this is the sense of speed, so you can drive it like you do a normal car. if it looks like your going too fast to the corner, you propably are <: has anyone gotten parts off the cars? in the trailer it shows a bumber flying. got steering damaged in the demo, but maybe visual damage is disabled.

set it to pro that enables the full damage models

quite fun i trashes the car totaly the bumper was off and the front right wheel just came off when it crashed and fly into the air Very Happy

i didnt try doing times in the game tho just like to drive the laps w/o any AI drivers around i prolly like the trashing more than the racing but if ill put some time into it i guess i can do some good lap times around yours i guess hehehe .:edit:. well ok i try few laps heres the lap times for me on short http://img385.imageshack.us/img385/7559/untitled9uk.jpg they are crap eh lol

Funny how you got best time on the car I was worst and my best was on a car that you had the worst lap time Actually the game was easier to drive on keyboard than on wheel, had to tweak the sensitivy setting half an hour to stop me from spinning. I'm just hoping for a multiplayer demo, so I can make my mind about purchasing this. Seems like this could be around as long as GP Legends. yeah man i did the same put the sencetivity on the turning and used a keyboard the game is pretty hard with my wheel(driving force pro)

btw that chevi is nice and very smooth while tuning its pretty much fast the lotus i had spinning out problems with shifting gears while turning

im trying not to shift while turning but im doing this when driving with the chevi i shift WHILE turning and let got of the gas for a sec guess im used to the chevi by now lol I teleported home one night With Ron and Sid and Meg. Ron stole Meggie's heart away And i got Sidneys leg.

I only drove few laps with a Corvette for a test and got 1:18.48 on Dijon-Prenois Short (driving with keyboard on Professional). Will try to do better now! I like this game, the car feel and handling is really great, graphics are ok but graphics is not what this game is about anyway I especially like drifting in curves wich slowes you down but it's so much fun (it's nearly as fun as in LFS, hehe)..

try the accelerate time feature lol thats crazy doing it on 60x times faster lol as for the gfx its VERY nice in this game specialy with everything turned on and full shadows Smile
